Superior Source Capital, LLC is an all-inclusive, one-stop financial services company. Founded in 2020, by two African American real estate professionals with the mutual goal of helping minorities realize their dreams of home ownership and providing access to capital for small business owners. We believe that charity starts at home.

Carshena Ross, Esq., Managing Partner, NMLS #2181268

Carshena Ross is a graduate of Illinois State University, where she received a BS in Criminal Justice Sciences. She received her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 2002. Carshena has focused her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions over the past 16 years. Drawing on her years’ experience in social work, law and business operations, Carshena knows that developing and nurturing strong relationships, both professionally and personally are the anchors to success. The main goal is to ensure positive customer experiences in her real estate business; through transparency and a streamlined approach to loan origination.

Thomas Cole, Managing Partner

Thomas Cole received his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota. He has worked throughout the banking industry at institutions such as JP Morgan Chase and Diamond Bank; where he honed his skills and was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Business Development. Thomas's diverse background affords him with fresh, creative ideas and approaches to banking, specifically minority banking. Thomas services clients all over the Chicagoland area, and some clients in other states. He takes the time to study each individual client's unique circumstances, so he can structure the right products and services to fit their needs and to develop lifelong partnerships to the banking industry. He has a history of establishing community lending business for his company in underserved areas in Cook County.
